5. INSCRIPTION
The data of the competitors and officials for the championship must arrive before October 12, 2002.

6. COMPETITORS
The competitors will have among 13 and 18 years old completed during the 2002. This embraces those born among the years 1984 and 1989. Every country can send 3 competitors for each individual category and one official Team (Female and Male) according to ITF rules. They must wear the official ITF dobok and must print the country name on the back part of the dobok just above belt level.
They must be in possession of a red and blue pair of "Safe T" equipment.
Each competitor must pay a competition entry fee of U$S 50 to be paid on arrival at the meeting point.

7. UMPIRES
The Organizing Committee will pay - for one (1) "A" class ITF qualified umpire (4th to 6th degree) per country - 6 to 11 of November.
Others umpires wishing to attend the Championships must pay their own hotel accommodation.

8. COACHS
For individual and team events only one (1) coach is allowed in the square. He/She must wear a tracksuit and gymnastic shoes. He/She is the only one allowed to present an official protest.
A maximum of four (4) coaches per country are allowed to participate. They must attend the draw and coaches meeting on November 7, 2002 at 14 hs. Each coach must pay a competition entry fee of U$S 50 to be paid on arrival at he meeting point.

9. TOURNAMENT & UMPIRE RULES
ITF tournament & umpire rules will apply for pattern, sparring, power and special techniques competitions.

10. NATIONAL ANTHEM AND NATIONAL FLAG
On their arrival at the meeting point countries must deliver their national anthem and two (2) national flags to the organizing committee.

11. OPENING CEREMONY
The official opening ceremony will take place on November 7, 2002 at 19:00 hs in the stadium.

12. CLOSING CEREMONY
The official closing ceremony will take place in the stadium on November 10, 2002 just after the team events finals and medal presentation.

13. PARTY
The party will be held on Sunday November 10, 2002 from 23:00 hs.

14. BUENOS AIRES INFO AND CLIMATE
Buenos Aires city lies on the west side of the La Plata River, with an extension of 120 square miles.
It is the glorious capital of Argentina and one of the most populated cities of the world.
Its cultural life includes more than 86 museums, 142 cinemas, 92 theatres and 87 libraries as well as a very frenetic commercial development, which turned a peaceful colonial town into one of the most important cities in the world.
The first foundation took place in 1536 with the Spanish conqueror Don Pedro de Mendoza who called it "Puerto de Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires".
In 1580, Juan de Garay founded it again and renamed it as "Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires".
Immigrants from all around the world have arrived to "this promised land" since them, mostly from Italy and Spain but also Germans, Jewish's, British, French and Japanese built their future here.
Nowadays, Buenos Aires is the main center for national and international tourism with thousands of luxurious hotels, excellent restaurants and uncountable attractions.
In Argentina, in November it is spring and their temperature oscillates between the 17º and 21ºC.
